끄적은 그림 기록, 분석 결과, 로그인 정보, 이용권 사용 이력을 바탕으로 서비스를 제공합니다. 아래 내용은 현재 앱 기능 기준으로 수집·이용되는 정보를 간단히 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- Apple 로그인 시 전달되는 계정 식별 정보
- 기기 식별값, 앱 실행 및 요청 처리에 필요한 기술 정보
- 사용자가 저장한 그림, 제목, 프로필, 분석 결과, 별점 및 피드백
- 이용권 잔액과 사용/지급 내역
어린이 프로필은 보호자 계정을 통해서만 생성·관리되며, 어린이는 별도의 로그인 정보를 갖지 않습니다. 보호자가 어린이 프로필을 생성하면, 이 방침에 따라 해당 어린이의 그림, 분석 결과 및 관련 이용 기록을 수집·처리하는 것에 동의한 것으로 간주되며, 이는 분석을 위한 Anthropic·OpenAI로의 전송(5. 개인정보의 국외 이전 참고)을 포함합니다. 보호자는 계정 탈퇴 또는 developer.abslab@gmail.com 문의를 통해 언제든지 어린이 프로필 데이터의 열람 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 당사는 보호자 계정 밖에서 어린이로부터 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 그림 분석 결과 제공과 기록 보관
- 로그인 후 기록 복원과 프로필 동기화
- 이용권 잔액 관리와 오남용 방지
- 오류 대응, 고객 문의 처리, 서비스 품질 개선
3. 보관 및 삭제
사용자는 앱 내 계정 탈퇴 기능을 통해 서버에 저장된 계정 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 데이터 초기화로 제거할 수 있습니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리
사용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 권리가 있습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA) 또는 영국 거주자는 GDPR에 따라 위 권리에 더해 처리 제한권, 데이터 이동권, 처리에 대한 이의제기권을 가지며, 거주국 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 권리가 있습니다. 캘리포니아 거주자는 CCPA/CPRA에 따라 수집·이용 정보의 열람권, 삭제권, 정정권을 가집니다. 끄적은 개인정보를 판매하거나 대가를 받고 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. 위 권리 행사는 developer.abslab@gmail.com 으로 요청해 주세요.

Scritch provides its service based on your drawing records, analysis results, sign-in information, and ticket usage history. The summary below explains, in plain terms, what information is collected and used based on the app's current features.
1. Information We Collect
- Account identification information provided when you sign in with Apple
- Device identifiers and technical information needed to run the app and process requests
- Drawings, titles, profiles, analysis results, ratings, and feedback that you save
- Ticket balance and usage/grant history
Child profiles are created and managed exclusively by the guardian account holder; children do not have independent sign-in credentials. By creating a child profile, the guardian consents to our collection and processing of that child's drawings, analysis results, and related usage data as described in this policy, including transfer to Anthropic and OpenAI for analysis (see Section 5). The guardian may review or request deletion of a child profile's data at any time via account deletion or by contacting developer.abslab@gmail.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children outside the guardian's account.
2. Purpose of Use
- Providing drawing analysis results and keeping your records
- Restoring records and syncing profiles after signing in
- Managing ticket balances and preventing misuse
- Responding to errors, handling inquiries, and improving service quality
3. Retention & Deletion
You can delete your server-stored account data at any time using the in-app account deletion feature. Data stored locally on your device can be removed by deleting the app or resetting its data.
4. Third-Party Services

By default, inputs and outputs sent to the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs are not used to train their models.

6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to request that we restrict its processing. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you additionally have rights under the GDPR to data portability and to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and to request its deletion or correction. Scritch does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
